Forest Photoshoot
I recently had the opportunity to photograph an incredible woman, Yvette. She is an amazing, soft, and loving holistic healer who is starting a skincare line. She absolutely loves the woods and says it feels like home to her.
So, I decided to take her to my absolute favorite wooded area in Miami, Florida! These woods are where I like to go when I feel like I want to get lost – I can walk around all day here and just forget my worries.
There’s something so relaxing and incredible about being fully immersed in nature. Did you know that spending time in nature is scientifically proven to decrease stress levels and increase creativity? It’s true!
I’m so thankful to have a job that allows me to spend time in places like this with people like Yvette. I think taking a moment to connect with nature gives us a chance to connect more deeply with ourselves. I was able to capture the essence of this connection on camera, and I think that is just so beautiful.
It makes me want to do more nature photoshoots like this!
